This item is in Excellent Condition.  This knife has seen light use in my opinion. It has at least been carried as it shows some bolster scratches and some light blade scratches.  Overall, considering its rarity, it is in collector condition and comes with a matching warranty card which is very difficult to find.
As you may already know, this model is the precursor to the 970 Game Warden and was only produced for maybe 2 quarters.  It is extremely rare to see one for sale.
