This item is in near-mint condition.  This is an exceptional find from the attic while cleaning it out. The executor of an estate contacted me to find a good home for this beautiful piece.  It must have been an achievement award or a special presentation given to the man.  It is the only one I have seen and it has a really nice appeal to it.  The Sambar Stag is just beautiful on both sides.  There are the slightest of handling marks.  Everything shows up on high-resolution photos but this is a gorgeous knife in the old green/gold cardboard box with a matching warranty card.  An unusual find that would fit in any collection.
